Poor quality
I have three rings bought as engagement, wedding and eternity rings. Had them redipped and checked regularly and never once have I been given the authentication certificates that were to follow after purchase.
I have never been told there was damage to the stones or the prongs when these 'checks' were supposed to be done. Now they have stated they need to be retipped at least every 3 years. Stones are falling out all over the place. Engagement ring has had to actually go back to new York (live in NI) for work to be done to it.
Stone fell out and was replaced, ring came back 4months later. Had it less than a month and the same stone fell out. Had the rings between 3 and 5 years now. Got told I shouldnt be wearing them.
Why wouldn't I? Between the three rings it's over £7000 and now they are wanting them to be placed in a jewellery box? If I had known this I would never have purchased them, beautiful rings but useless to me. With the engagement ring having issues with stones I took the other two back as well and demanded they got sent to be checked.
Both are damaged. Both require a lot of work and my wedding band in particular restructured because apparently I shouldn't be wearing the rings as a set? It's going to cost £600 for the work. I think it's a disgrace that the jewellery costs as much as it does and now even more money to strengthen the.
Even bigger disgrace that the workmanship is that poor that the rings don't hold up to even light use. I have rings that are far older and have NEVER had an issue with even a loose stone.
It's heartbreaking to think that the recommendation is to put them in a box and not wear them. It's ridiculous that they aren't fit for purpose.

Lost jewelry
I just purchased over $4978 worth of le vian jewelry at a show on 5/10/22 and my $900 earrings with metal backs . I lost the earring because I notice on the one I still have it is very lose.
I would like my earring replaced or I will never be buying LeVian again and I own almost $15,000. Please call me 737 990 ****. Hope you all do the right thing. They were a gift from my husband.

It's the buyer's/owner's responsibility to ensure that jewelry pieces they buy and use are secure, especially if spending lots of money on them. I own several LeVian pieces now (collecting since 2021).
None of my pieces have ever lost stones, or an entire piece lost because of poor earring backs, etc. Examine your pieces carefully before wearing. Wear them with care & caution - avoid banging your hands/arms into surfaces that can cause blunt force impact on your pieces. Don't sleep with jewelry on.
Use your jewelry wisely and maintain it well with bi-annual to annual examinations at a trusted jeweler. Once purchased, it's our responsibility to keep it safe and long lasting!

Took 5 weeks to get my ring back for sizing. Still to big as the girl at the store messured by finger incorrectly. Had to be sent back again. This time it took 4 weeks.

Fake stone
I bought the diamond and sapphire ring at Macys which was a Levian. I wore it only when going out and not at home to ge careful with it.
Beautiful ring that cost $4900. I wore it one evening and looks at it. The sapphire had fell out and gone! Levian said it was not u see warranty only the diamonds.
I had to pay $700 to replace it. Another year and again diamonds started falling out. Back to CA for repair. In total 5 diamonds fell out over several years wearing it very little.
A representative that was at the Macys store walked over to me when I told them I wanted it replaced or refunded back to me. He took all my repair copes and registration sheets and sent the ring to Levian manufacture - not repair center. He notified me weeks later. They not longer manufactured the ring but had one left in the vault.
Sent it to me. Never wore it and I put it in the safe as we were moving back to our home state. I finally after 2 years and never wore it as the stone looked lighter in color took it out of the box and to a diamond jewelry expert! The stone was synthetic and not a sapphire!
Levian out a fake stone in the ring! I have called and just mailed all my documents and the one stated genuine gems are in the ring and the repair paperwork.
I want paid in full. I want them to take the ring back and refund me!

Anyone who can walk into Macys and drop $20K plus on LeVian, & leaves a review like this, is a spoiled diva. There’s a reason that stars wear LeVian on the red carpet, to say every piece was crap is BS.
I have two STUNNING lesbians that sparkle like mad, & I always, always get compliments on. Just a bad attitude review: sounds like she’s yelling at US, weird!
Sparkling lesbians are people too you shouldn't be wearing them!!
